Larry Gerdes‚ CEO & Executive Chairman of SOLOHEALTH, has served as CEO of SoloHealth, a private health-care company in Atlanta, since February, 2014, and as its Executive Chairman of the Board since November 2013 and as its Chairman since 2012. Since 1983, Mr. Gerdes has also served as a general partner of Sand Hill Financial Company, a venture capital partnership. Mr. Gerdes is a general partner of Gerdes Huff Investments and a major shareholder and President of Friesland Farms, LLC . Mr. Gerdes formerly served as Chairman and CEO of Transcend Services, concluding with the sale of that company in April 2012 and as a director of Access Plans, Inc., from 2001 until its sale in June, 2012. Mr. Gerdes previously served as Chairman of the board of SoloHealth and on the board of CBOT Holdings. Mr. Gerdes is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and serves as trustee for Monmouth College.

Stanley Blaylock‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH, began his career in health care investment banking, ultimately rising to the role of Global Co-Head of Health Care Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. He then co-founded specialty pharmacy solutions company Medmark, where he served as its EVP, CFO and CAO until his promotion to President and CEO in 2005.

When Walgreens acquired Medmark in 2006, Blaylock joined the company, and went on to become Walgreens’ SVP and President of Walgreens Health Services.

Blaylock holds a degree in economics and communication studies from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Blaylock is a 2009 Fellow of the CEO Perspective Program from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and Corporate Leadership Center.

Carole McCluskey‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH, As Chief Technology Officer, Carole McCluskey oversees product and corporate technology while driving technical strategy and execution for Outerwall, Inc. Outerwall is best known by its familiar Redbox® movie and video game rental and Coinstar® coin-counting brands. Carole has been at Outerwall since 2009 where she has been effective in implementing an enterprise and platform modernization effort and driving significant change and growth in the product and technology organizations.

In addition to her role as CTO at Outerwall, Carole is on the Advisory Board of Apigee and the Services Board of Advisors at SAP. Before joining Outerwall, she specialized in interim executive work advising Redbox, Coinstar, VMware, Intacct, Edifecs, and Ultimo Software. Additionally, she held executive positions at TIBCO Software, SchemaLogic, and Capitalstream. She graduated from California State University at Fresno with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology, Digital Systems.

Bart Foster‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH, Mr. Foster founded SoloHealth in 2007 on the premise that consumers can be empowered to take charge of their own health & wellness. While working on an international assignment with CIBA Vision (now Alcon), the eye care division of Novartis, in the U.K., Bart created the idea of a self-service “health screening kiosk” as a way to empower people to screen their own vision. In 2006, Bart was recognized by Novartis as the Entrepreneur of the Year for developing the new venture, which would eventually become SoloHealth. After nearly two years incubating the business with the resources of Novartis, he acquired the intellectual property and founded SoloHealth in 2007.

SoloHealth Stations now can be found in nearly 3,500 locations nationwide including Walmart, Safeway, Sam’s Club, Schnucks and various employer campusses and have been used by over 60,000,000 people. Bart represented SoloHealth when the Company was featured on CNBC, Fox News and Bloomberg TV, as well as various publications.

Prior to Novartis, Bart was the Director of Sales for Peachtree Network, a successful Internet start-up based in Montreal, Canada. During his time with Peachtree Network, the Company completed an IPO on the Canadian Venture Exchange. Bart began his career with Kellogg’s in consumer marketing and sales.

Bart currently resides in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two children. He enjoys all things outdoors, is an IRONMAN Triathlete, Florida Gator and an active memebr of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Peter A. Krivkovich‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH, is a founding member of AdRoll, an online advertising company, where he oversees the company's finance, sales and operations.

Prior to AdRoll, Krivkovich served in leadership roles spanning, finance, business development, product management and sales. He spent two years in investment banking at ABN AMRO doing M&A and was in business development and then product management at Everdream Corporation. Krivkovich also helped oversee Good Technology's 100-person sales team, before moving into a finance role with the company.

Krivkovich holds a BA in Economics from Emory University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and studied economics at the London School of Economics.

John Jesser‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH, serves as the vice president of Provider Engagement Strategy for WellPoint, Inc., the nation’s largest health benefits company. In this capacity, Mr. Jesser manages a company wide process that looks at healthcare-related functions to improve the affordability of health care; the consumer experience and access to care. He leads the company’s telehealth strategy as the general manager of LiveHealth Online, an online care solution for consumers and providers being offered to Anthem’s customers. Mr. Jesser focuses on solutions and digital tools that improve the connection between doctors, hospitals, consumers and health plans. Previously, Mr. Jesser served for more than 24 years in various management positions within the health care field.

Mr. Jesser earned his Bachelor or Science degree in mass communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Mr. Jesser serves on the board for Availity, LLC, a company that provides connectivity between health care payers and providers and is chairman of the board of National TeleHealth Network (NTN), a physician management company founded as a joint venture between American Well and WellPoint. He serves as the youth director at Our Lady of the Cedars Maronite Catholic Church in Fairlawn, Ohio.

Currently, Mr. Jesser lives in Brecksville, Ohio, with his wife, Erin, and five children.
