Stanley Blaylock‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH,
began his career in health care investment banking, ultimately rising to the role of Global Co-Head of Health Care Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. He then co-founded specialty pharmacy solutions company Medmark, where he served as its EVP, CFO and CAO until his promotion to President and CEO in 2005.
When Walgreens acquired Medmark in 2006, Blaylock joined the company, and went on to become Walgreens’ SVP and President of Walgreens Health Services.
Blaylock holds a degree in economics and communication studies from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Blaylock is a 2009 Fellow of the CEO Perspective Program from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and Corporate Leadership Center.
Richard Chadderton‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH,
is VP, Corporate Strategy at WellPoint. In this role, he is responsible for leading the team that develops, enables and monitors the long-term strategic plan for WellPoint, as well as overseeing efforts focused on the development of new businesses that extend beyond WellPoint’s core business models today.
Prior to joining WellPoint, Chadderton was VP of Corporate Strategy and VP of the Portfolio & Decision Analysis Group at Pfizer Inc.
Chadderton trained in Medicine and Surgery in the United Kingdom, is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and holds an MBA.
Larry Gerdes‚ Executive Chairman of SOLOHEALTH,
is a General Partner of Gerdes Huff Investments. Since 1983, Gerdes has also served as General Partner of Sand Hill Financial Company, a venture capital partnership, which has made over forty investments since inception.
Gerdes was previously CEO and Chairman of the Board of Transcend Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRCR). He has served as a director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group (CME) since July 2007 as a result of the CME’s acquisition of the Chicago Board of Trade, where he has been a director since 2005. Gerdes was on the Board of Directors of Alliance Healthcard, Inc., a provider of consumer discount membership plans (OTC: ALHC.OB) for over 10 years before the company’s sale in 2012.
Gerdes is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a Trustee for Monmouth College.
Peter A. Krivkovich‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH,
is a founding member of AdRoll, an online advertising company, where he oversees the company's finance, sales and operations.
Prior to AdRoll, Krivkovich served in leadership roles spanning, finance, business development, product management and sales. He spent two years in investment banking at ABN AMRO doing M&A and was in business development and then product management at Everdream Corporation. Krivkovich also helped oversee Good Technology's 100-person sales team, before moving into a finance role with the company.
Krivkovich holds a BA in Economics from Emory University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and studied economics at the London School of Economics.
Maria Stipp‚ Board Member of SOLOHEALTH,
joined Coinstar in June 2011 as Chief Customer Officer and became Chief New Ventures Officer in June 2013. She brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and senior management roles in the video game industry and consumer packaged goods.
Prior to Coinstar, Stipp served as EVP and GM of the Owned Properties Business Unit at Activision, where she led the global team responsible for marketing, finance, sales, human resources, and franchise development. Her current role leverages expertise gained developing new IP at Activision, including the award winning Skylanders. Stipp previously held sales leadership positions at Activision, Vivendi Universal Games, Miller Brewing Company and Kellogg Sales Company.
